bk44 Responsible Gaming

Knowing your limits is just as important as enjoying the game. bk44 believes every player can play safely and responsibly — with the right tools and support.

For individuals aged 21 years or older only

Our Commitment

Keep Gaming from Becoming a Burden

Casino, slots, and sports betting at bk44 are for entertainment. That entertainment stays enjoyable only when it remains within control. Without the right information and awareness, any form of betting or gaming can lead to problems — financial, mental, or family-related. That is why we want to reach every member with this message: play with awareness, and stay within your limits.

Under bk44's Terms and Conditions, this platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 or above. Registration or use of an account by anyone under age is strictly prohibited. If you believe someone underage is using this site, please notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat.

Gambling should not be seen as a source of income. Winning is never guaranteed on any bet or spin — this is entertainment, not investment. Play within your weekly or monthly budget, and never bet with borrowed money or funds you need for daily living.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we keep member information secure and how we use data to support responsible gaming decisions. By reviewing your account history and playing patterns, you can judge for yourself how your gaming is going.

Responsible gaming is not just about playing less — it means playing with awareness, staying in control of your own decisions, and having the courage to seek help when needed. bk44 is with you every step of the way.

Protect Yourself

Self-Control Tools

bk44 provides several features to help you stay in control of your gaming. These can be activated from your account settings or by contacting our support team directly.

Set Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount for each day, week, or month. Once this limit is reached, the system will automatically block any further deposits.

Loss Limits

Once a set loss amount is reached, no further bets can be placed in that session. This helps prevent large continuous losses.

Session Time Limits

Decide in advance how many hours you will play each day. When the time is up, your account will automatically end the session.

Cooling-Off Period

Temporarily pause betting for 1 day to 6 weeks. During this time, your account remains active but no bets or deposits can be made.

Self-Exclusion

Close your account for an extended period — from 3 months to permanently. Submit a request via live chat or email and we will action it within 24 hours.

Reality Check Reminders

During a continuous play session, notifications will appear at regular intervals — reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.

Contact our 24/7 live chat or send us an email to activate any of these tools or for any questions. Read our FAQ for more details.

Stay Alert

Warning Signs of Problem Gaming

The signs below indicate that gaming may be getting out of control. If you notice one or more of these in yourself, take a break and seek support.

Repeatedly increasing bets to recover losses — being stuck in the thought of "I just need one win and I'll get it all back."

Hiding, lying about, or denying your gaming activity to family or friends.

Betting with money needed for living expenses or family needs, or even borrowing money to play.

Feeling irritable, restless, or anxious when unable to play.

Spending too much time online while neglecting work, studies, or social responsibilities.

Spending beyond your set budget and feeling regret afterward, but repeating the same behaviour the next day.

Prioritising gaming over sleep, eating, or personal health.

Check Yourself

A Brief Self-Assessment

Ask yourself the questions below. If most of your answers are "yes", consider seeking professional support.

In the past month, have you spent more than your budget and felt regret afterward?

Have family or friends expressed concern about your gaming habits?

Have you tried to bet more in order to recover your losses?

Do you feel restless or irritated when you are unable to play?

Have you borrowed money for gaming or delayed paying an important bill?

Do you feel that you want to stop playing but cannot?

These questions are for general information only — they are not a substitute for a professional diagnosis. If two or more answers are "yes", please read the support section below.

Get Help

Where to Find Support

Seeking help before the problem grows is the sensible thing to do. Use the options below.

bk44 Support Team

Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. Contact us at any time to request self-exclusion or to set limits.

Family and Loved Ones

Talk to a family member or a trusted friend. They can help the most when it comes to observing your behaviour and keeping your spirits up.

Professional Counsellors

Consult a mental health professional or a behavioural therapist. This service is available at various hospitals and clinics across Bangladesh.

bk44's Commitment to Responsibility

We believe entertainment and safety can go hand in hand. That is why we have ensured every member has access to limit-setting tools, self-exclusion, and round-the-clock support. Responsibility is the best way to keep gaming enjoyable.

Protection of Minors

Safety of Children and Young People

bk44 strictly prohibits registration and account use by anyone under the age of 21. Age is verified at the time of registration. However, we urge families — if devices are used in the home where children or young people may have access, please use parental control software.

Log in manually each time instead of saving passwords or using auto-login on your device. Remember to log out of your account after use. If you suspect an underage person has accessed an account, notify us immediately — we will temporarily suspend the account and investigate.

FAQ

Questions About Responsible Gaming

If you choose self-exclusion for a set period, you can apply to reactivate your account once that period ends. However, permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed and your account cannot be reopened. Please speak with our support team before making any decision.

Yes, reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, requests to increase a limit require a waiting period — this is intentional, so that decisions are not made on impulse. For more details, contact us via live chat.

Accessing mental health professionals in Bangladesh is easier than before. You can visit the mental health department of a local hospital, a private clinic, or use an online counselling service. Asking a trusted doctor for a referral is also a good first step.

Start by listening without judgment and speaking with empathy. Let them know that seeking help is not a sign of weakness. If needed, contact bk44's support team on their behalf to learn about self-exclusion or account limits. Accompany them when they go for professional counselling.

During self-exclusion, receiving new bonuses or placing new bets is not possible. However, you can still withdraw any existing balance in your account. Contact our 24/7 support team for more details.

You can choose a notification interval (for example, every 30 minutes or every hour). When that time is reached, a notification will appear on screen showing your total time played and net amount spent. You can then choose to continue playing or take a break — the decision is entirely yours.
